Arrival Details
To enjoy the full value of your experience with us, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows you to complete your treatment form, relax and get in the mood and enjoy a soothing cup of tea.
Running Late?
Arriving late will unfortunately lessen your treatment time. We sincerely regret keeping any client waiting; therefore we need to adhere to all booking times. This ensures our therapists are ready for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change your appointment we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. If less than 8 hours notice given, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
You will be asked for a credit card number or deposit to secure group bookings and/or treatments over 1 hour. If notice is not provided, your deposit will be forfeited.
Clinic Etiquette
To ensure that all clients enjoy a relaxing and stress free time with us, we respectfully request that noise is kept to a minimum. Mobile phones, pagers and any other electronic devices are not suitable to our environment. All devices are to be turned off before entering the premises. We appreciate your co-operation in assisting us to maintain the harmony of our clinic. Due to the presence of hot waxes and machinery our clinic is not a child-friendly environment, therefore we ask that children do not attend the clinic during treatment, which will assist all clients to relax and enjoy their treatments.
Attire During Your Treatment
Our primary concern is your total relaxation. Our professional therapists are trained to drape towels to ensure your complete privacy and comfort. We also provide disposable spa wear should you prefer.
Towels / Robes
Complimentary Robes & Towels are made available on the day.
Special Health Considerations
To ensure your maximum health, safety and comfort we ask that you fill out a personal health history form. This also allows our therapists to give you the most beneficial and personalized treatment.
General Information
We are strictly a non-smoking environment; you cannot smoke on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any client not adhereing to these rules. Although we enjoy children we ask that you do not bring them with you for the sake of our other clients and also so you may enjoy a relaxing treatment session yourself.
