Arrival Details

To enjoy the full value of your experience with us, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows you to complete your treatment form, relax and get in the mood and enjoy a soothing cup of tea.

Cancellation Policy

Body and Sole requires 24 hours cancellation notice. If less than 8 hours notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. You will be asked for credit card number or deposit to secure group bookings and/or treatments over 1 hour.

Client Care

We ask that you turn your mobile phone to silent or off before entering the clinic. Children are to be kept under control or in prams at all times.
For all treatments including waxing please advise of any changes in medication and health that may effect your skin.
